Google today celebrates Leap Day .

google doodle is inspired by Gioachino Antonio Rossini’s famous 1816 comic opera The Barber of Seville . today is   Gioachino Antonio Rossini  birthday . leap day is rare it comes every four year so people born on leap day can only celebrate there birthday not every year but once  in  four year.

About Gioachino Rossini ( Italian composer)

Gioachino Rossini,full name  Gioachino Antonio Rossini   (born 29 feb, 1792, in Italy—died 13 nov, 1868,  near Paris, France), Italian composer noted for his operas, particularly comic operas, of which The Barber of Seville (1816), Cinderella (1817), and Semiramide (1823) are beast known .


With “Guillaume Tell” Rossini finally offered Parisian audiences an original opera in French,

Gioachino Rossini’s parents were working musicians.  father played the horn at Accademia Filharmonica in Bologna, and Gioachino Rossini’s  mother, although not  trained, was a soprano.  Gioachino Rossini was taught and encouraged at home until he eventually joined the Liceo Musicale in Bologna.
